Underlying provider fee
A CA, insurer, professional or other legal supplier may charge for its own work under its terms.
Government / statutory payment
Applicable taxes, official fees and statutory dues are not AcnoFin revenue and must be identified accurately.

What you should be told.
The payable amount must reflect the actual transaction, not a generic referral promise.
- Who exactly is charging me, and for what?
- Is this fee refundable? Under which conditions?
- What is the official provider name and service scope?
- Who sends the correct invoice and complaint details?
- We do not promise sanctions, claims or financial returns
- Payer, payee, supplier, tax and invoice issuer are separate records
- Regulated money movements follow applicable law and real agreements
- Referral commissions do not automatically become a customer charge

What about commissions and outcomes?
Clear expectations before you share information or commit to a service.
If a broker refers me, do I owe that person a commission? +
Any valid customer fee must be properly disclosed and supported by an applicable lawful agreement. A referral partner’s AcnoFin-side earnings are not automatically a customer bill.
Does paying an assistance fee guarantee a loan? +
No. Lender underwriting and sanction are independent decisions.
Can different services have different fees? +
Yes. Service, sub-service, provider, scope and conditions vary; charges should be confirmed for the actual case.
Will I know who issues the invoice? +
Yes. The legal supplier must be identified and invoices should originate under that supplier’s correct authority.
